SUE offers the best vegan & glutenfree brunch options in the city centre of Rotterdam. I visit SUE almost weekly, while there's a happy vibe and menu changes every half year. My all time favourite is toast with scrambled egg from tofu.

Vegan Breakfast! - Edit
Stopped here for late breakfast/early lunch after traveling from Utrecht, this place was a gem , the breakfast was flavored and filling. The juices were fresh and the coffee strong. Highly recommend “egg” breakfast and breakfast platter so good will definitely come back the next time we are in Rotterdam!

Delicious healthy food. Good range of sweet and savoury. Spectacular cakes, very friendly staff. Beautiful interior, power sockets and WiFi. Thanks for our lovely breakfast we'll be back to try more one day. Worth missing train for!

I enjoyed the Lemon Breeze drink (lemon, ginger, and maple syrup), but it was pricey. The Scrambled "Egg" included tofu, turmeric, carrot, paprika, and lamb's lettuce on toast. I substituted tempeh bacon for the avocado. The meal was very good, though it was difficult to cut through the toast's hard crust. The Rocky Road Special was indeed a special treat.

Read moreTheir raw cakes are nice, especially the fruity ones (very berry, key lime, suelero, strawberry/coconut, lavender/lemon and raspberry cheesecake). The ones with chocolate or spices are less to my liking.
I find their baked sweets to be a bit less tasty, e.g carrot cake and cookies. However, their blondie, white choco rocky road and date balls (with coconut and cocoa bits) are quite good.
They also have many foods and drinks that are tasty. I especially like the pancakes, banh mi sticky tempeh, scrambled ‘egg’ toast, homemade hummus and beetroot latte (unfortunately off of their menu).

This is a lovely cafe in Rotterdam, fairly close to the train station. The food is very wholesome and healthy. We had the pancakes and scrambled tofu, both of which were very good.

It's a beautiful restaurant and the chia pudding I had was sooo tasty!! The staff are very lovely and attentive. Reuben had the buckwheat Pancakes and he also loved it and he 'doesn't usually like fruit!' I love it so much I think I will keep coming back!

We were looking for a place to warm up and have some hot drinks and ended up at SUE. It's a cute little restaurant that serves lots of hot drinks, cakes and sweet and savory food for breakfast/lunch. We got a matcha latte and a caramel latte with some pancakes which tasted really good! I also tried one of their mini cakes and really liked the tiramisu one. The staff was super friendly, too! :)
