Good food, but frustrating service and a depleted menu - Edit
We ended up here as a backup option because our first choice, Kaime, was closed. While the food itself wasn't bad, the overall dining experience left a lot to be desired due to pacing and availability issues.

I ordered the lentil burger (hamburguesa de lentejas), which was actually quite tasty and well-made. I expected it to come with standard french fries, but it was served with potato balls instead—still good, but not what I anticipated.
The Service & Kitchen Inefficiency:
The kitchen timing was completely off. Three of us ordered our meals at the exact same time, but my two friends received their food well before me and completely finished eating before my burger ever hit the table. Furthermore, we ordered an appetizer, but in typical frustrating fashion, it was brought out at the exact same time as the main meals instead of coming out first as a true starter.
They also serve your drinks immediately, meaning you sit there for 20 to 25 minutes watching your ice melt and your drink get warm while waiting an eternity for the food to arrive.
The Menu Disappointment:
To cap off the meal, we wanted dessert. They had a variety of options listed, but when we tried to order a scoop of ice cream, they were out. We asked for the banana cake—out. Cheesecake—out. The only option they actually had available was the chocolate cake. Don't leave items on the menu if you can't supply them to paying customers. Summary: Vegan & Veggie has potential because the lentil burger is good, but they need to seriously fix their kitchen pacing, service structure, and inventory management. It’s worth a try for the flavors, but pack your patience.

You can create your own salad/poke bowl with multiple bases, toppings, sauces, etc. to choose from which I absolutely loved! The bowl I had was delicious and a generous portion, however they had missed toppings from both of mine and my friend's bowl. Luckily this was an easy fix and they brought the missing items once brought to their attention. My other friends had burgers and they were ok but nothing special — though they did love the potatos that came with them.

Great vegan and good price in Poblado - Edit
We have been to Vegan & Veggie a few times, for menú del dia and also just to order from the main menu. Food is delicious, great options and decent portion size. It's a cute place and nice atmosphere with outside seating available. Would highly recommend. Good prices as well for Poblado.

I love the Bella burger. I came here 3 times in my 10 days in Medellin. I also went to the sister restaurant with the same name in El Mercado near the modern art museum. Desserts are great. I also had the bean stew. My least favorite were the tacos. But everything is made with love and it’s all delicious and fast. This was the fastest of the various vegan places in El Poblado.

One of my favorite spots in El Poblado Medellin - Edit
I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. I had tacos with mushrooms and pineapple. I don’t normally like Bella mushrooms that much but these tacos were amazing and so tasty. The mojito was very delicious as well. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in El Poblado.
