Their name says it all - Edit
Since I come from NYC, it is inevitable that I compare London places to those in Manhattan. Here is my verdict so far: Purezza Pizza is better than any vegan piazza places in Manhattan, and Vegan Planet likewise is better than any vegan Chinese restaurants in Manhattan, too. This place is elegant, with well-done food, ample choices, and friendly service—a winner all around.

Amazing Vegan Chinese food - Edit
You can’t even tell that it’s not meat!! They have many options with vegan meat! The food is amazing, the prawns are so good and there’s a lot of options! The portion are small enough that you can order 1 or 2 dishes per person to try more things!!

Could have been better - Edit
It gives the apperance of being a bit on the fancy side - which seems a bit out of place in Camden. Service is very friendly and attentive.
Read moreThere are tons of interesting options, but sadly I seem to have made a poor choice by ordering the vegan sliced fish in sizzling chili oil. I was warned that it was "pretty spicy" which is why I had ordered it, but I'd say it was medium spicy. Unfortunately, the dish tasted extremely soapy - it was barely edible, but I was really hungry. I usually find lemongrass to be a bit soapy, but I've never experienced anything like this.
Pros: Good service, Good portion sizes
Cons: Soapy flavor

Simply Delicious! - Edit
If you are in Camden, you should visit this restaurant!
Read moreThe service is really obliging and friendly.
All the menu is vegan, so there is plenty to choose from. Everything sounded so mouthwatering!
The food was delivered quick and tasted just so good!
You should note that the portions are not that big but you can always order rice on the side for not that much money.
Pros: All vegan, Friendly Service

Best meal of visit - Edit
Spent a few days in London and this was definitely the best meal I had here. Got a few dishes between 2 of us to share, which I’d definitely recommend doing. I think the portion sizes are just right so you don’t leave feeling sickeningly full. Really like the faux chicken that they use, especially when it was crisped up for the satay. The waiter we had could not have been more attentive too.

Waaay overpriced and stingy servings - Edit
We spent £75 on food for two people and were still hungry. The servings were tiny and massively overpriced - though tasty. It’s fairly basic food priced like they have a Michelin star - which they definitely do not!
Read moreThere’s no way I’d go back unless they cut their prices in half or doubled the serving sizes - or both!

Perhaps try Tai Buffet in Shepherd's Bush. I'm almost certain it's the same people who ran the old all-you-can-eat Dou Dou in Camden, and is under a tenner!

Amazing food, definitely worth a visit - Edit
My partner and I ate the sweet and sour ‘chicken’, satay skewers, ‘chicken’ noodles and plain rice, which was enough for us both (we both have big appetites) and cost £38 total. It was delicious and well worth the money for a nice treat. The place felt ready authentic and I’d definitely go back.

would give it 0 stars if i could - Edit
Can't complain about the service but the food is awful. Tasteless, seems like all the flavoring of every dish is MSG, even the menu offers no guidance in what flavour things are. Ordered some dumplings, peppercorn chicken and noodles. Nothing seemed to be fresh but instead frozen/ tinned food. Honestly seems like no effort what-so-ever was put into this food and its priced as if a top chef is in the kitchen. EXTORTIONATE prices- Honestly surprised by the audacity of this place to charge so much for such low quality food. The peppercorn chicken seemed to be frozen vegan nuggets (that had no flavor) on top of a mass amount of dried red peppers that weren't even edible and clearly weren't cooked together- this was the most expensive dish priced at a whopping £15. Surprised as I went here based on the good reviews they have but convinced that these people might have been paid to give good reviews. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I'm not even the type of person to leave bad reviews. Please don't spend your money here, my stomach and wallet are very upset.

A place to stop in camden - Edit
The restaurante is very well decorated, a lot of space. The staff are super nice, always smiling at you and very attentive. You have a lot of options and that was the only difficulty I had as everything looked amazing. It was the first time I went there and I definitely recommend it.

we accidentally ordered the wrong thing and was met with refusal to change the order. they said we should have ordered x instead when this wasn’t even on the menu! he said if i change the food you’ll pay and you’ll waste it all. horrible thing to say to a disabled customer with anxiety.

Really not great - Edit
I would like to think I just went on a bad day as other reviews have been good. But I really didn't enjoy my meal here. The food was really stale everything seemed tinned instead of fresh. It had that cheap food musty taste that I hate. I really wanted to enjoy it but I actually didn't feel great afterwards so very disappointed. They were very friendly but they still got our order wrong. Then I was kind of surprised how expensive it was when the bill came. I would go elsewhere I'm afraid.

Good - But way too expensive - Edit
So happy to see more vegan Chinese restaurants popping up around London. Place was busy yesterday when we went so is clearly filing a need.
Read moreWe ordered two starters, three mains and rice between us. It was all good - perhaps not the best quality vegan meats being used in some dishes (such as the sweet and sour chicken), but we enjoyed it. They currently have no alcohol license and we just had tap water.
However this is a really basic looking place (I understand this is a work in progress). The food comes out randomly to the point that it made little sense (rice came last).
Our bill for two was £80.75 with no drinks. Some mock meat dishes were bordering £20 each without sides. You can have a three course meal with wine in Purezza or Mildred’s, (both also in Camden), for the same price. A similiar and arguably better meal at nearby Loving Hut would be half the price. The pricing here just feels wrong.

I'm in love ❤️ - Edit
As a Chinese vegan it's very hard to find good, authentic vegan food and this place hits the spot! The chef is from China and this is really good quality, authentic Chinese food. The staff are friendly and give great service. There are some non-spicy dishes but most main dishes will be spicy given the region of China the dishes are from. I'm so glad that I can now enjoy my favourite dishes but vegan! Everything on the menu is vegan including the deserts! I don't know of many places in London that do vegan sago so got very excited by this. This restaurant will definitely be my go to for vegan Chinese food 😋
