Vegan Heaven - Edit
What can I say, I visit the Bay Area several times a year from the UK and a visit to Veggie Grill is always on my todo list. It's so great to be able to order anything on the menu and know it's all vegan. While it's not high-end food, it's good quality, super tasty and always hits the spot. I basically eat there as much as I can and have never been disappointed. It just all ends too quickly and I want to try everything.

I’m really disappointed with it. It was mediocre at best and not worth 20 for sure. From the atmosphere to the less than flavorful burrito that also looked nothing like the photo.

This was a horrible experience, the food was gross the stake was a common hamburger the sauce was unexciting the rice was plain and the potatoes acidic and that dish was 30 dolars!!! Including the addition of 3 dolls in mushrooms that where so little that was offensive... nothing looks at all like the pictures online the onions tater tot's onions where raw and again noting at all as the picture. This place is gross they should be ashamed for charging so much for such a bad food the totally ruined my meal I would give them 0 if that would be possible

Visiting during WWDC - Edit
I went there twice during WWDC week, most of the days Apple had very nice vegan options, but after the main events I went to Veggie Grill. The food is ok, with only exception to the Belgian Chocolate Cake, this one is insane.

Excellent all vegan Mexican and American food. They also had a delicious summer wrap with pineapple and mint. We also had the tasty sweet potato fries with vegan ranch dressing, the nachos, loaded burrito, asada burrito and the queso chicken burrito, all excellent! Arrived so hungry. The counter guy was so pleasant and helpful. We got two burgers, fries , sweet potato fries and drinks. Yum. So glad we took the time to get out of traffic and feed our bellies.

We’ve been to Veggie Grill before and the food solid and there aren’t a ton of vegan restaurants around here. The Caesar wrap was good but we really liked the coleslaw. The staff at this location were extra nice!

Any location of Veggie Grill is a safe choice for a convenient meal. Is it super innovative food? No. Does it feel homey or eclectic or unique? No. But I’m grateful that businesses like Veggie Grill are thriving. Veggie Grill consistently provides us busy vegans quick healthy meals!

I think we just found our new favorite restaurant! It was our anniversary, so we decided to try Veggie Grill which I'd heard about years ago. The items we chose were all delicious, making us want to try other menu options. In fact, it probably took us about 20 minutes to pick just two items. (When you're a vegan, you're not used to this at standard restaurants.) And the outdoor tables were pleasantly situated in the middle of Santana Row next to a little tot playground, so it was a lovely dining experience. Considering inflation and the location in Santana Row, the prices were reasonable. The restrooms were clean too. We'll be back.

The food is decent and the portions are good but NLB still far outdoes veggie grill. The fries are better at NLB and the main options are better too. The incorporation of a delivery only vegan taco place seems a little bit excessive and desperate. I hope NLB opens a location further down the peninsula to replace veggie grill.

I tried the baja fish tacos. It was my first time getting fish tacos since going vegan and these were pretty good. The fish was crispy and flavorful. The slaw was creamy and complemented it well.

I loved this place! Many interesting options on the menu, everything looked good. I had the Santa Fe Chick'n burger with a side of mac n cheese. The burger was great! The chicken was really tasty, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mac n cheese was good, but nothing special. For dessert, I had the carrot cake, and it was amazing! Sweet, moist, and absolutely delicious! Fair prices, I would recommend this place.

I am obsessed with Veggie Grill, I’ve had the Pesto Parm Chick’n sandwich many times! The bowls are amazing, dessert is delicious, we’ve enjoyed everything we brought, friendly service. I highly recommend!

I’m happy Veggie Grill exists - Edit
I had the Sonoran bowl and subbed tofu instead of the choice of mushrooms or steak (I don’t like fake meat or the taste of meat). It was very tasty, I liked the flavors of the tofu and the beans. My meat eating companion got the vegan steak Banh Mi sandwich and he said it was just okay.

I had the Far East Thai Ckick’n Bowl and was very impressed. A great balance of veggies, brown rice, and protein, with some carrots, cucumber, and basil to boot. Since I’ve been well behaved, I decided to add a Belgian Chocolate Cake for dessert. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything I ordered hit the spot, and I actually have dreams about the food, man. If I could order those loaded nachos where I live now, I’d be in a lot of trouble. Even the Caesar salad- I couldn’t stop myself from taking in mouthful after consecutive mouthful.

I've been to several veggie grilles, but this one seemed to have additional menu items, which was super fun! The service here is impeccable, as well! I ate here twice during my stay, and both times individuals came to make sure I was doing all right and enjoyed my food. I don't live in San Jose, but if I did, I would come back here all the time
