Lovely food but... - Edit
The food is great but quite small portions and very overpriced. This is the second year that I've been...I love to support vegan businesses but paying a lot for food and then having 17 % added to the bill at the end ifor service and tax is just not worth it. They even charge for filter water! For a starter, a (very small) curry, a (decent size) salad and a soda, it was over 1000 baht! I sadly won't be coming again much as I love the place.

All vegan & lots of choice - Edit
Three of us had dinner at Vistro. We ordered 3 starters to share and a main course each. Way too much food, so unfortunately had no room to try any of the yummy looking desserts.

Worst acai - Edit
Acai bowl was just a small frozen chunk with the same texture as when you freeze a smoothie at home, maybe a cm in height, with fruit on it. To the price we got it for it was hella expensive and felt like a scam.
Read morePrices are also quite high.
Pizza was ok, decent for Asia I guess. Got it as delivery.

Delicious food! - Edit
Went here because of the raving reviews and truly worth it. It’s a bit pricey, especially since there is an additional 10% service charge and 7% VAT. I found it a bit outrageous that they make you pay service charge ánd try to persuade you to tip even more. When you pay through QR code they suggest another 10% for tipping. There also still is a tip jar. But service charge and tip are essentially the same thing so it’s a bit much.
Read moreOther than that it was good. I got the cheeseburger pizza which was very delicious. Well worth the high price. Very good cheese for sure.
Service was good, staff friendly and you can order directly with staff or through QR code. Paying can also be done through QR, even with credit card, it’s all very convenient.
The restaurant is on the 2nd floor, downstairs is just a (non-vegan?) matcha place, it’s not super obvious where you need to go.

Cute, airy, casual scan-and-order cafe. I ordered dumplings which were very good and the samosas which were AMAZING, crispy and spicy with pomegranate and edamame which were a nice complement.

Wish we could've stayed longer in Bangkok to try their other options as their menu looked amazing. All their starters, mains and desserts looked so good. And everything we ordered was delicious. You need to stop by!

Read moreIf you’re looking for an elevated, creative vegan meal in Bangkok, Vistro is absolutely the place to go. It’s located right near the Emporium and EmQuartier malls, so it’s the perfect dining spot after shopping in Sukhumvit.
I love the food here. You have to order the 'Vagyu Sando', it’s a Japanese-style sandwich with a Beyond Meat katsu patty that was meaty, savory, and just made to perfection. I also loved the creamy wild truffle dumplings and their rich Khao Soi 2.0.
Pros: Delicious and creative vegan dishes, Beautiful, garden-like interior
Cons: Prices on the higher side but worth it

A nice experience - Edit
I had high hopes for this place. The reviews are very positive. It is quite expensive for what you get. They charge taxes on top of the advertised prices and then they overcharged on the taxes as well. It took a while to sort it out but eventually it was done. The pizza was ok. Probably won't go back.

Vistro – A Plant-Based Gem in Phrom Phong, Bangkok - Edit
Vistro is a standout vegan restaurant tucked away on Sukhumvit Soi 24, offering a refreshing escape from the typical expat-heavy dining scene. The atmosphere is relaxed and modern, with plenty of greenery and natural light that makes it feel both cozy and vibrant.
Read moreThe dishes are beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with care. From globally inspired wraps and tacos to creative pasta and hearty bowls, every plate delivers a satisfying balance of taste and texture. It’s vegan food that doesn’t try too hard—it just works.
Orders are placed digitally via a QR code available at each table, making the process smooth and efficient. For larger groups, Vistro offers flexibility: you can either split the bill individually or combine everything into one tab. It’s a thoughtful setup that suits both casual meetups and more organized gatherings.
The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Even with the digital ordering system, the service feels personal and well-managed. They’re happy to assist with menu questions or dietary preferences, which adds to the overall experience.
Prices are mid-range, but the quality of the food and the thoughtful presentation make it well worth it. Vistro proves that plant-based dining can be both accessible and elevated without being pretentious.
Whether you’re vegan or just curious, Vistro is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious, well-executed food in a laid-back setting. It’s one of those places that makes you want to come back—not just for the food, but for the vibe
Pros: Flavorful, well crafted vegan dishes, Efficient and flexible ordering system, Warm, attentive servic
Cons: Limited seating during peak hours, Digital-only ordering may feel impersonal to some, Some portions are small

Been here to eat dumplings in the past and did not like much but came back to try some dessert, because I was stuck in rain.

Honestly dislike the online ordering and paying on tablet at table and then have the nerve to ask for tip via tablet when paying. Did not give any service.

Excellent pizza - Edit
Second visit to Vistro today and the experience was consistently great. Had a margarita pizza and a Samurai salad, both were excellent. Definitely recommended. Service is very good and atmosphere is of a western bistro. I love Thai food and that’s what I have most of the time while in Thailand, but every once in a while there’s a craving for a good pizza and that craving was definitely satisfied today. One down side is the high prices, and keep in mind VAT and service charge are added on top of menu prices. #Veganuary
