Read moreこれからバンコクで出会った素晴らしいレストランを紹介します！まずは『Vistro』です！このレストランはまだオープンして間もない完全ヴィーガンのレストランです。店の名前はBistroでは無く、Veganの頭文字を使ったVistroです。店内は観葉植物が沢山飾られた緑あふれるレイアウトで、広々としていてオシャレな印象です。ここではマッシュルームステーキとフィッシュタコスを頂きました。どちらも最後まで美味しく頂けました。帰りに物販コーナーにあったビン詰めのナッツペーストを買って帰りました。こちらも今から食べるのが楽しみです。是非バンコクへ行かれたら食べに行ってみて下さい！
We just got back from a short trip to Bangkok, Thailand! Thailand is known as being a very vegan-friendly country. We never had any problems finding vegan food and snacks. Today we’d like to introduce Vistro, a restaurant we stumbled across while exploring the Khlong Tan area. The blackboard outside proclaimed it to be a “PLANT-BASED EATERY.” That’s all we need to know! The interior is gorgeous— huge windows, high ceilings, lots of sunshine and hanging plants. Everything is vegan! We tried the Phish Tacos and the Portobello Mushroom Steak. The tacos were amazing, with tofu that somehow tasted just like fish, and fresh toppings like guacamole and jalapeño peppers. And the steak!!! It was a mushroom, but it looked, felt, and tasted very steak-like. My initial reaction was “wow!!” They had lots of delicious-looking desserts that unfortunately we were too full to try, but we were very satisfied with our meal and the friendly staff here. Highly recommended!

I tried a donut and two of their ice cream flavors. The donut was okay, quite small and pricey, but the ice cream was super good. Very creamy and flavorful.
