I got the cheesesteak and the sauces on it were delicious! I also got the sweet potato fries and they were a hit too. It was really nice to find a great place to get vegan food for very reasonable price

Wasn't open at posted open time - Edit
I was very excited to try this place as I was driving thru on a road trip. Their hours state that they open at 11am. I got there at 11:45a on a Saturday and it was closed. Not sure why they were closed when all the posted times were open at 11am. I ended up finding food at the local farmers market. As I came back to the car around 1pm. He was open. I only got a cup of vanilla and chocolate ice cream, which was pretty good.

When the layer of sauerkraut on a Reuben is thicker than everything else, that’s when you know it’s good. Cheesesteak and milkshake were also enjoyable.

Not sure if the guy was having a bad day, but it was our first time there and he wasn’t very friendly at all. Not good vibes, barely said a few words while we were ordering or giving us our food and just wasn’t a welcoming environment. I’m used to vegan food truck owners taking pride in their food and happy to welcome customers, ask/answer questions. As you can see by my photo, the cheesesteak sandwich that everyone “raves” about is sad and barely filled compared to some photos people have posted on here in the past. The chili fries were alright but unfortunately the overall experience threw me off and we won’t be returning.

I was skeptical of the tempeh being in my chilli cheese fries but it was so good. The cheese sauce was light and not greasy. The cheesesteak had a fantastic shiitake mushroom flavour and was so heavy on the meat. The bun was like a hotdog bun but with a bit of crunch. Server was lovely and would 100% return.

Viva! Vegetarain Grill is a wonderful all vegan food truck in Eugene. Friendly staff works here. I went with the tempeh burrito. This comes with grilled tempeh, housemaid organic chili, cilantro-lime slaw, salsa, and a vegan cheese sauce all wrapped in a large whole wheat flour tortilla.

They have some outdoor seating near the food truck. Other options on the menu include housemate chili, falafel, vegan cheesesteak, tempeh tacos, sweet potato fries, polish soy sage, and several more options.

The food was amazing, the portion was really large which was nice, I felt like it was filling and high in protein. It’s made locally in a food cart, and isn’t a chain, gives you a piece of mind. Also,there is a really cute seating area!

We loved the philly cheesesteak and buffalo tempeh, they were so good! Didn't try anything else but the menu looks amazing with good prices. From what I could tell everything was less than $10. Highly recommend eating here!!

I had the Reuben, and it wasn't my favorite. The fries were the best. Husband had the burrito, which I would get next time.
Maybe someday he will have a brick & mortar place to accommodate more seating.

A cute little shack in a church parking lot. They have so many dangerously good options. I got the bbq pulled pork sandwich that was soo bomb. Also caved and got the sweet potato chili cheese fries.
