There were two vegetarian options, though there was no protein. The staff were clear and helpful , informing me that the vegetarian food was cooked on the same grill as meat.

Amazing hand pulled noodles with loads of vegan options. I got the Stir-Fried Liang Pi Cold-Skin Noodles and got mild spicy. So yummy and great value for money.

The cold skin noodles here were absolutely delicious. I got a medium spicy A1 and enjoyed it a lot. The vegan options were clearly labeled with a green triangle on the screen.

I enjoyed the tofu pudding and seitan salad. The noodles were a bit tasteless. Note that while vegan items are clearly marked on menu, there are actually a few extra ones that don’t contain animal products but just aren’t marked as vegan because they share the same cooking area as non-vegan items
