absolutely delicious! - Edit
We went here when they had their winter menu and it was delicious! The Thrive Christmas sandwich was insane and I’d absolutely eat it again. The place has a great atmosphere and a really nice view outside. The menu is amazing and the desserts are also incredibly yummy. Definitely recommend this place, I was awesome.

Amazing find! - Edit
Found this place on Happy Cow on a trip to Southampton. Absolutely lovely and friendly staff. Close to the shops, easy to find. Bustling cafe with so many vegan options from hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream to burgers, pizzas (after 5pm), hot breakfast (before 12pm), sandwiches and salads. Not to mention the number of sweet treats including waffles and knickerbocker glory lookalikes!

Best Place - Even Omni Kids Love It! - Edit
It's so nice to finally have a dedicated vegan cafe in Southampton. I've been here several times, and I've yet to be disappointed.
Read moreThe food is divine. You can be as healthy or unhealthy as you like without breaking the bank. Lots of drinks options, a plethora of milk options for hot drinks...it's just incredible.
Recently I took my omni family here for lunch. Even my 12-y/o brother was pleased with the food! He polished off his main, a dessert AND chocolate milkshake, and said how much he enjoyed it. My mother also ate well and commented on how tasty everything was.
It's also nice that it's in the main shopping area, just down the road from Debenhams. It overlooks one of the town's many parks, has upstairs and outdoor seating, is open late on Friday and Saturday, AND there's a vegan supermarket not two doors away!
Bonus? They also do takeaway!
Pros: Amazing food, Affordable, Dog and child friendly
Cons: Not on high street, but in main shopping precinct, No room in stomach to buy everything!

Amazing burgers - Edit
Visited this cafe twice in one day, first time had the whole food burger and waffles for dessert (very big, should have shared with my husband instead of one each) then came back later and got the same burger for takeaway dinner (it was that good!)

OMG the best vegan cafe 💞 - Edit
I can’t even express how much I love this place. I tried their ‘meaty’ burger and it was the most delicious burger I’ve had. Definitely my number one place. They offer different specials, for example I tried vegan kebab with cheese chips or steak and cheese baguette. They just get everything right. They have so many cake, doughnut and treats options. One of my faves is cream filled doughnut. I love this place 💞

I never knew this place existed - Edit
I've lived in Southampton all my life and what a find. I've recently turned Vegan and love coming to town and treating myself to lunch. The food was flavoursome and the staff were friendly. Will definitely be coming back to sample more of the menu x

Wow Great Addition To Southampton For Vegan Dining - Edit
The menu at Cafe Thrive is extensive and covers all tastes, dietary requirements and appetites and they also offer takeaway sandwiches and salads. A chiller cabinet displayed a wide variety of vegan cakes, croissants and brownies, who said vegans cannot have their cake and eat it.
Read moreWe ordered a gluten free vegan breakfast and a tweaked vegan breakfast to accommodate my allergies. We loved the food so well cooked, packed with flavour and a fabulous barbecue taste to the mushrooms, absolutely delicious breakfasts.
Cafe Thrive is owned by a young enterprising couple and when we visited chef Sarah had to leave for the doctors, due to a knife injury, so we really appreciated her making our breakfasts, before she left. We will be visiting again, when next in Southampton.
Pros: All Vegan Menu, Vegan takeaway, Vegan cakes

Delicious! - Edit
Delicious browsnie, and probably the best milkshake i've had (Caramel biscoff), friendly staff, and a clean, professional location.
