Diverse buffet! - Edit
I came here again, in 2026, with a friend and really enjoyed it! This time I tried the buffet and it was so good. I loved the diversity in dishes and how many things I got to try. The flavors were great and it was overall a good experience. It was a bit expensive, so that’s a downside. Definitely very busy around lunchtime and kind of chaotic, but worth going.

(I was only here for a quick stop but the two things I got were yummy! I found it a little confusing when I went in because of the way the menu is set up. I did not get a chance to try the buffet, but it looked nice! Maybe I’ll be able to go back and try more! Overall I would say it was a nice stop and worth going.)

Our favourite place of our stay! - Edit
So many choices, so little time.. I would come there everyday until I'd have tried everything on the menu and on display, that's how good the food is. And for some things it's even more impressive because it's vegan! But great staff, great food, and really close to our location. Win win win a 100%!!

Went to dinner and loved it - they brought me an arancini, breadsticks, and the waitress was so sweet. But the food was delish and so beautiful! The dessert with custard... so tasty as was the buffet the next day. Really great!

Not a nice experience. We were made to feel unwelcome by a server who had a problem with us although we’ll never know what we did. The premade food from the case (calzone, pizza) was also dry and involved a lot of hard, flavorless crusts. We left less hungry than when we arrived so we appreciate that, although we also left feeling disturbed and sad.

A great breakfast spot - Edit
I decided to go to 100% Bio just for breakfast as it’s one of the only places I could find open early. Did not regret it at all! Has the typical things you find for breakfast in Italy: pastries, juice, and coffee. After reading on HappyCow all the great reviews about the lunch buffet and the à la carte dinner, I hope to come back for another meal here someday!

The bread with tomato and mozzarella was perfect – fresh, tasty and really well balanced. The mozzarella alternative was also surprisingly delicious and a great option. Unfortunately, the sweet pastry was a bit too hard, but it still tasted very good. Overall, a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. A place worth recommending for fresh, high-quality snacks!

We came here for the lunch buffet and everything on offer was excellent. The servers were helpful and friendly and there was a large assortment of hot and cold dishes. It was great to have a variety of healthy choices for lunch. Would recommend!

It's crazy how good this place was- we went for dinner and had their Al a carte menu, and we can't get over how creative, inventive and delicious the food was at a place that also does a buffet in the day. It's a joke!

The ragu on the maltagliati was insanely good. So deep and rich in flavor and the perfect pasta to accompany it.
The seitan in lemon and lavender with mashed potatoes was I think the best plate of food Ive had in Italy. If you were served it in a fine dining restaurant you'd be happy to have paid triple the price for it. The seitan was so well cooked, melt in your mouth stuff and the sauce was delicate but packed with flavour.
The tempeh of the day was served with onion, chicory and black garlic and packed a hell of a punch but again was an incredibly enjoyable plate of food.
All in all, you write this place off at your peril as a vegan in Rome. We dined at a couple of far more expensive places in the city and this put them to shame in some cases.
I wish we'd had more time so we could have gone back multiple times and tried their breakfast pastries and buffet food too!
We were far too full for a dessert but needed to have them anyway. So glad we did. Best tirimisu we've had in Italy. More of a creme en glaise with multiple layers of lady fingers, superb.
The semifreddo was also brilliant, with chocolate from Grezzos (also worth a trip for gelato) with balanced the bitter and sweet perfectly.
Exceptional value for what they're offering. The service is also outstanding, we didn't get the name of our waiter (tall guy) but he was extremely knowledgeable about the food and clearly very passionate about the freshness and quality of their ingredients.
Pros: Seitan with lavender, Risotto with coffee, Honestly doesn't seem like you can miss with place

We came back to 100% Bio several times, everything we tried tasted fantastic. Maybe a bit pricy compared to other places in Rome, but since the ingredients are organic it felt very reasonable. Vegan croissants, great buffet. Also tried some dishes for dinner which both tasted fantastic. Will come back here for sure next time we visit Rome.

Read moreThe bar and restaurant is conveniently located in front of Metro Piramide and a 6 minute walk to Railway Station Ostiense. I stopped here en route to the Airport Roma Fiumicino.
Ask to be seated, they have a few tables outside as well as inside. For lunch, they serve a large buffet, with warm or cold options. I opted for ceci e fagioli con friarielli, tempeh con peperoni, and fried aubergines. All and all a very good, simple, honest meal that tastes like home made.

Walked in without a reservation and got seated straight away. We opted for the buffet and filled our plates. I didn’t check the price before going in and didn’t see the rate while topping my plate. I was a little shocked at the €32 per Kilo price point. Luckily the food was great. To be fair it’s the best vegan buffet I’ve ever had. I tried two buffets in Prague by weight. Both were nice and cheaper but this was head and shoulders better. You get what you pay for. And I forgot to take a photo of my €25 plate full. It was so good and eaten really quick.

Love this place and wish we found it sooner. Buffet lunch was delicious and so many options for an affordable price. Dinner was very tasty and many options to choose from. Friendly and very helpful staff who translated the menu for us. You can really taste the top quality of the ingredients
