Good noodles - Edit
I had the udon noodle veggie soup with bits of tofu and shavings of seaweed. It was good on a cold night. Lots of noodles, I would have liked more veggies. You may not like it if you don’t eat seaweed.

Japanese food in Koreatown - Edit
Though located on the edge of the strip in NYC known as Koreatown, this venue focuses on Japanese food. They have few clearly marked vegan items--but since the place evidently focuses on udon (either hot or cold), I chose to try the warm vegan udon dish--I liked it a lot.

Very tasty - Edit
The udon soup was amazing, handmade, chewy noodles and the broth was very tasty. I also tried the garlic cucumber and if you like garlic you will love this. Also the greentea lemonade is a must try😄
