Big menu, delicious food! - Edit
I had the soul chicken plate. The “chicken” was so good, better than any vegan chicken I’ve ever had! The ranch was amazing. The mac and cheese was good, it’s got the nooch flavor of you like that too. I’m not big on collard greens but my dad (non veg) ate them and liked them. The home fries were delicious. Ginger beer is a must. Salad with fake-bacon was so sooooo good. And the blueberry bread pudding and coconut ice cream was a fantastic finish to a wonderful meal! Only con is the limited seating and the pricing was a bit high.

Hot Chicken! - Edit
Drove to Nashville for a concert and just had to try the place out. I really enjoyed the hot chicken and potatoes (oh man the potatoes). Had a great time. The place uses disposable plastic cups and silverware which I thought was strange.

I’m so glad we visited Vege-licious! This lovely little spot is tucked away but needs to be discovered by everyone (vegans and non-vegans). We went for specifically for pancakes and were not disappointed by the fluffiest pancakes accompanied by home fries and vegan sausage. Highly recommended food plus run by a truly lovely couple.

I came here for breakfast with a friend of mine(not vegan) when I visited Nashville. I got the blueberry compote pancakes, tofu scramble and breakfast potatoes; he got pancakes as well. These were the fluffiest and lightest pancakes I've had...PERIOD. We even tried the sorrel which was really refreshing. The owners are a lovely black couple and can't wait to visit again.

We got the soulchik plate and soulchick plate hot, a hot chicken sandwich and the chocolate cheesecake. I really loved the hot chicken options - the fried chicken was a little chewy. The cheesecake and potatoes were real good!! I loved the mac and cheese but my friends didnt as they found it a bit rich. The staff were really nice but the place is so small she seemed a little overwhelmed as it was kinda busy when we visited and everyone was inside as it was raining. We also had a bit of a mishap with our ranch and received no compensation or anything but I think our server was a little flustered - as were we. Mixed opinions from our group but I loved it!

Amazing food and service! This is one of those rare gems that shouldn’t be missed, vegan or not. I’m vegan and took my 70~ year old nonvegan parents while we were in town for a family trip. I had been dying for their take on a Philly Cheesesteak sandwhich and their INCREDIBLE Mac N Cheese. So good! The sandwhich flavor was amazing and you’d never find a creamier, better tasting mac in the city. My mom had a salad with coconut bacon that she loved (I would kill to have some in Cincinnati) and my dad loved his BBQ chickn sandwhich. Our server was incredibly kind and friendly to us and everyone in the dining room without hovering or neglecting tables. Our food arrived quickly, and for the price the portions were great. I wish it hadn’t been 98 degrees so we could have sat outside in their gorgeous picnic area. I can’t wait for my next Nashville trip, heck, I’d make the 4~ hour drive just for this place!!

Really good food in this place! It’s very small not sure if you can book we were lucky to get a table straight away. I had the vegan lasagna which was delicious the staff were lovely and really helpful! My boyfriend also enjoyed the BBQ tofu wrap

Wonderful food, unique house made non-alcoholic beverages and very friendly and attentive owners, even though it was busy when we went! Entrees and desserts all fresh and delicious. We thought this is much better than Southern V’s food, especially the sides. This is a very small restaurant, so I wouldn’t bring a large group without calling first to ensure they have room. What a great new addition to Nashville’s vegan scene!

Hubby had it fried and loved it but texture is better fried should us something different for bar b que. the roll was chewy how do u mess up a dinner roll believe they put in microwave to long. Collard greens had funny after taste and whole plate was sitting in liquid. Greens should have been drained more
On other hand hubby loved his fried chicken plate upon tasting it was very flavorful not chewy and side dipping sauce was delicious. Wish mine had been like that :(
And the place is very very tiny I took about three steps and was in the kitchen. Inside dining area is the size of a very small living room was hard to even get in chairs

I was visiting Nashville with some friends and stayed in a VBRO close to this restaurant. As a Vegan, I was thrilled that this restaurant existed so close to my place. The entire group loves it, even those people who are not Vegan. The chef was gracious and patient, providing more descriptions and suggestions for us. Some recommendations: tater tot appetizer and Philli cheese steak platter. I will definitely return to this restaurant. It’s pretty small so take out seems to be a popular option for people as well. I can’t wait to try other dishes.

My girlfriend and I are new to the area and came across this gold mine! Went in for the brunch items on mind, got the bacon cheese egg burritos with some grits and cheese... After one bite we asked for the menu again....had to order more food due to the flavor being so amazing. Highly recommend this to everyone. All Vegan items menu and you wouldn't even know it was vegan from the flavors. Amazing

Was passing through on a road trip and stopped for Saturday vegan brunch. My very picky 9 year old gave it 10 stars (out of 5) and devoured the tofu egg scramble and peaches and cream pancakes with exclamations of joy. I moaned with joy while eating the bacon and cheese breakfast tacos! Blueberry pancakes were also amazing as were the home fries. In the top 3 vegan breakfasts of my life and I’ve been vegan 19 years and lived in California and Atlanta and traveled and eaten in vegan restaurants all over the US and Europe. Can’t wait til my travels take me back to Nashville again! Love you Vege-Licious! Thanks for doing vegan breakfast a solid!
