The ranch dressing was wonderful! The gyro was the best I've had!!! And the fried chicken strips were absolutely impressive... I'll be stopping here often! Also, the cheesecake was served warm... Nice touch!

This is the only vegan soul food in Nashville and it is delicious. It feels like visiting a friend’s house and being served a home cooked meal. Going back for brunch. Folks are so friendly. This is a hidden gem for vegans.

I called 2 mins before they closed to see what the hours were. The owner answered and accommodated a take out order. She was so sweet. She recommended the Soul Plate. I got there 10 mins later. She answered the door with a smile. My food was ready and hot. That food was sooooo good. This some seriously good vegan soul food!! If I lived in Nashville I would eat here all the time. So if you live in Nashville you should eat here all the time. If you are traveling through Nashville you should eat at this restaurant. These folks not only filled my belly but they filled my soul. As a bonifide vegan for almost 4 years, Vege-licious has been a great blessing! They have everything that I've been looking for from what I used to eat. When I was looking for a substitute for a Philly Cheesesteak, lo and behold they have it the Vegan Way. When I had a taste for a cheese burger, yea they make that too! Growing up in the south and being from Texas, I know all about Soul Food. Guess what, Vege-licious has that too and I must say it is the best Soul Food ever and it is all healthy, nutricious, and delicious.

Luckily, we found that super cute hidden place run by an adorable woman. Don't miss it when you are in Nashville. We had the soul food plate and a burger. Both was incredibly delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The Ruben was fantastic and the hand made burger with coconut bacon was delicious. The home fries were a nice change from regular French fry options. If you are in the area we recommend. Their food can even be delivered through the local food delivery options to make it convenient for everyone.

Bettina and Kevin opened this place just 15 weeks ago but Bettina has been cooking and living this lifestyle for over 30 years. The food is just beyond and not to be missed!! Search this place out cause you'll be sorry if you don't. Tucked behind a beauty shop on Fiske Street you can miss it if you don't pay attention. We had the Philly Cheesesteak and BBQ Chicken both of which came with incredibly delicious seasoned homefries. The BBQ Chicken had great texture and the sauces were sweet and tasty. The Philly cheesesteak was heavenly and I was sad when I finished it. Everything about it was AWESOME (too bad they're closed Sunday cause we would have gone back again). You must order the side of Mac and Cheese because it will be the best you've ever had!!! Kevin and Bettina couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. The inside is small but they have a large heated outside eating area. They're working toward a bigger dining area and absolutely deserve it so please support them. This will be our first stop for food in Nashville from now on. Can't wait to go back in January.

Oh my lord!!! We’ve been to many many vegan places and also came from Los Angeles.. and the food here.. tops the charts!!! My parents brought myself, wife and kids here for my birthday.. It was delicious! I had the soul food plate and man-o-man it was so good!! My kids loved the pancakes and the sausage that came with it was the best Vegan sausage I’ve ever had!! My wife had the gyro and said it was amazing.. she was full half way through it but didn’t stop! Every one of us cleared our plates. We can’t wait to come back!! Talk about a hidden gem??? Well this is the place!! I WANT MORE!!

My husband and I visited Nashville recently and this was our first stop when we got off the plane! We first tried their in-house made Sorrel. It was our first time having Sorrel and we were thoroughly impressed! I ordered the Philly Cheese sandwich and he had the BBQ Chicken Sandwich - they were both delicious!! After eating both our sandwiches (we were very hungry) we managed to split their dessert special the Peach Bread Pudding with coconut ice cream, it was sooo good! We would definitely come back to try more items off the menu.

Just had lunch here and it might be my go to spot whenever I drop into Nashville. The owner was extremely welcoming, and the restaurant was quite quaint with a covered outdoor picnic area for enjoying the great Tennessee fall weather in between work hours. Had the Soul Food Plate, and it made me realize how much I missed this type of cooking and needed in my life. Food was delicious, portion sizes were perfect, and the entire experience was wonderful.
